I have a cart of mario kart ds that I have many hours in and I recently ripped the cartridge in case I lose the game or whatnot, but when I boot the rom on my ds allow my save data is missing?, its still on the main cartridge but i do wanna know if im missing something when im reading the hacksguide about ripping cartridges?, thank you for your time!
