After years and years of trying every device known to mankind to stop my husbands snoring, this did the trick. We have spent soooo much money, I wish we’d tried this first. The only other product that worked halfway decent was the Smart Nora but it is expensive and big and wakes my husband up repeatedly throughout the night and it’s hard to travel with. The VitalSleep took about a month for my husband to get used to - he wore it briefly the first several days, then a few hours each night, then half the night, now he wears it all night. it will cause some teeth/jaw pain during the break in phase, but it’s worth it. For the first time in 10 years he does NOT wake me up at night. He is very happy to be back in our bed and out of the guest room.
