Hey everyone, I tried making garlic butter chicken for the first time today and it actually turned out pretty decent 😅
I used chicken thighs, lots of garlic, butter, a bit of chicken broth, and some parsley at the end. Flavor-wise it was great, but my sauce came out thinner than I expected. I was kind of hoping for something a bit richer that would coat the chicken more.
I let it simmer for a while, but I didn’t want to overcook the chicken. Should I have reduced the sauce separately? Or is there something people usually add (like cream, flour, or cornstarch?) to thicken it?
Also open to any tips or variations you guys like—I’m definitely making this again.
Thanks!
