So someone submitted this piece for a contest and im having a suspicion it is AI. I have 0 clue what the white stuff at the back is, could be poorly made clouds or wings. The more I zoom in, the less it makes sense to me. I am not a professional artist but with this level of crazy rendering, the perspective looks so off and there are weird blue pixels if you zoom in close enough.

Should I report this or am I being too nit-picky? Could any artist who could identify whether this is AI or not?
