is it spreading to my neck or its still contained to my scalp
so I just washed my hair with a new shampoo and could feel some heat on my neck. so i decided to click some photos. please help? i am terrified its spreading to my neck. please help me with tips to manage seb derm. i got diagnosed a year ago but have had it way longer. i started washing my hair daily to manage it. i am shedding an insane amount of hair. 400 daily🙃
