Hello, fellow Bing Peeps! My friend and I (both male) are planning to rent a whole house near Johnson City for a summer(end of spring) move-in, and we’re looking for 2 roommates to join us.
Each person will have their own bedroom in a 4-person setup. The house includes 3 bathrooms, a shared kitchen, a living space, and a front porch. The parking space is at the back of the house. Furniture and basic amenities are already included.
Estimated rent will be:
$650–$750/month
