I was driving home on I22 and I was around exit 91 southbound around 11 p.m. and a driver was going about 80-90 in the fast lane headed northbound (yes, wrong side of the highway). It spooked me because it almost looked like he started turning his wheels towards me so I swerved off into the shoulder. I called 911 but I’ve been worried and hope nothing happened.
