last year, my little brother (6y/o att) put $100 of my dad's credit card into his account's funds - since then, we've disconnected his card from the account. today i checked and it still has $40 left (he spent the other $60 on echoes of wisdom), and i was wondering if i buy a game with those remaining funds, will my dad get notified anyway? sorry if this is a silly question.
