Hi all, I am new to the city and so glad for the Reddit community. I was told that I need to repair the struts of my vehicle but the auto shop I went to gave me a quote of over 2k for parts and works. Would like to know if there are highly recommended independent repair stores whit the option of purchasing the parts myself. I see that I can buy the replacement struts for about $450 on parts geek. Other franchise stores I called do not accept parts from clients.
I welcome other affordable ideas to fix this. Single lady on her own here 😬
