I've been running meta ads for a villa community that starts from 4cr in North East Bangalore and the quality of the leads generated was good until November 2025 that means atleast the leads were having buying intention but we're out because of the location or the budget i didn't used any otp verification or conditional forms in this phase but it was just the 3 MCQ questions.
with decreased quality until February 2026. Even while using conditional forms and increased budgets to 3k per day for a campaign as my aim is to get at least 3 good leads per day.
Further since March 2026 to present I've been using sms verification forms and conditional questions forms with sms verification. I'm either not at all getting any leads or even if I did receive the leads they are either not answering or not the targeted quality.
My thinking is the competition increased and bidding cost went up or the people who are looking to buy has decreased.
Just wanted to ask if anyone else is facing the similar issues recently and what did you do to tackle this situation
