Hi everyone! for context I work in a hospital which requires a weekend and holiday rotation. does anyone else have any coworkers who always tries to switch their weekend or have it picked up, and they always ask you? sometimes I say yes and sometimes I say no. I’ve only ever asked her to switch one weekend with me and she’s asked me to switch numerous weekends. I know everyone has events and a life but it’s become too much. how do you respond to these types? I have a hard time saying no just in case I need to switch weekends in the future.
