Has anyone worked as an AIN in neonatal or maternity wards and how was it like?
Hi everyone, I'm a nursing student in Perth and recently became interested in neonatal/newborn care. I was wondering if anyone knows any entry level or AIN positions where I can get some experience while still studying?
I'd also love to hear from anyone working in NICU about how they got started.
