I would always over cook 1 inch steaks pan searing… these flanken style short ribs in air fryer turned out amazing and came out just the way I like it. Didnt think it would be possible to get a decent sear and some pink in the middle. Marinated with some soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger (minced) and pepper. Would recommend
