I want to suggest a new goal type for activities - number of active minutes aka how long you have been active during the day.
I have Oura ring for 4 months now and both goal types (step count and calorie burn) seem more inaccurate.
I use treadmill with my hight adjusted desk to get moving throughout work day that don’t get count by Oura since my hands are still (on desk typing etc.). I see a lot of discussions here how steps are undercounted and it’s my case 100%
I feel number of activity minutes could be a great alternative
