Hi! Anyone made a similar upgrade and have any opinions to share? Also considering if I should just get the body, since I have lenses already.

Context: 8 years using XE3 with the kit lens (23mm 2). Also own the 35mm 1.4. Love the xe3 for how compact and light it is. Usually shoot in either jpeg or raw, with some light editing in LR mostly street and for snaps when I travel. I do a lot of long distance hiking so weight is a major consideration (switched to Fuji from a DSLR)

Reasons I’m considering XE5: film sims, USB-C charging, IBIS, tilting screen.

Holding back because of the price (brand new body 1.3k USD) and whether it’s a worthy upgrade. Don’t really need new gear for the sake of it.
