Ordered Jalebi Rabri from Zomato today and the restaurant delivered only jalebi. The rabri was completely missing.

Tried calling the restaurant multiple times, no one picked up. Then contacted Zomato support and after going through the bot maze, they asked me to send an email. After emailing them with all details, they basically replied saying they “flagged it internally” but won’t provide any refund or resolution.

I paid for Jalebi Rabri, not dry jalebi 😐

Has anyone else noticed Zomato support becoming worse lately? What’s the best way to escalate this further?
