Closing on a house in Bartlett last week.

Previous owner had passed away and the family just wanted out — sold it to me with everything still inside.

We're talking full furniture, clothes, kitchen stuff, boxes of who-knows-what going back 30+ years.

I've dealt with vacant houses before but never one like this. What's the move?

- Estate sale company?

- Junk removal service?

- Facebook Marketplace the good stuff first?

- Just dumpster the whole thing?

Any Memphis-area recommendations would be great. Looking for whoever does this fast and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.
