I don't know if this is the right subreddit where to ask stuff.
For context: I am from the Philippines and currently doing my undergrad thesis about Maize Streak Virus. It first occurred in the country around 2024 and I cannot get anything out of the government to release us any dataset regarding it and any information for it. We will be building a mobile application that can monitor maize leaf and detect MSV.
Question is, where can I get a strain of MSV? For validation and testing of our mobile application? In our locale, we currently have no MSV strain, not that the agricultural sector know of because they don't really test them here....
Our research shows that Tanzania, Africa shows the most prevalent occurrence of MSV.
