The chatbox popped up, the person monitoring me typed "Are you still there? You're not in your webcam" then i replied "i'm still here and my webcam is still on", she didn't reply and ended my exam. My webcam and everything was still on, even if the person monitoring me couldn't see me, she still could've replied and could've asked me to fix my webcam. I'm so pissed off because you really need the mental build up to take the exam and it was just all for nothing. Is there any way i could get a refund or contact any admin? Because that is just downright unacceptable, i haven't gotten my score yet but i doubt i passed.
