Same background, using Runna I ran a Half Marathon end of October 2025 at 1:57:xx, then finished a Train to Maintain block which included a 5K trial at 24:24 in January. This Sunday I finished the next block with a 20K race (268 elevation) at 1:50:03. All my times were within the Runna estimated race time ranges.
During the last couple of blocks, the estimated Half Marathon and other races distances keep going down. Now I want to start preparing the next plan (Run to Maintain followed by Marathon plan). What race times do you guys recommend to use? Should I use the actual HM race from October or the last estimated pace the Runna recommended at the end of my last block (1:49:xx)?
