I'm going into 2nd year of university and want to learn both Greek & Latin for the rest of my undergrad degree. However it's important I get a 4.0+ for grad school and I've heard that starting both languages at the same time can make the workload a little heavy so I think it's better if I learn 1 on its own for 2 semesters then do both simultaneously for the next four semesters.

Which would you guys recommend first? Is there really any difference? I know Latin is easier to learn but is there really any benefit from learning it before Greek other than its easier? I think my interest does lean a little bit towards Greek but if I would genuinely have better success overall learning Latin first I'm fine with starting there

Also any tips regarding first beginning would be really appreciated

I know most courses start late May/early June but I'm talking summer term 1 courses at uni already, but for term 2 I'd like to travel somewhere and dedicate every waking hour I have to learning latin & greek. Does anyone know of programs like this that begin in July? Canada, US or Europe.
