Okkk I read this a few years ago I think the gist of it was about a female oc (possibly remeber she reincarnated from our world to naruto) is working from a genin corps. And this ficplot was she had to send a message scroll to nara household and when she landed there. Shikaramu mother mistaken her as a nanny to take care of shikamaru (whom was a baby or toddler idk) and after yoshino? (Nara mum) left. Basically oc was babysitting shika and had some fuinjutsu to persevere food and dinner, time skip nara head and mum came back surprised who the girl was skip more they found the bowl and told choji dad choza abd I forgot what happened after.
