I want to share two experiences.

First, I recently purchased AC from Reliance Digital online. No one called me to setup AC. It was free installation. I raised request at their ResQ service and still no follow up from them. Three days later I had to call brand installation service directly paid fees to get installation done.

Second, I requested Jio Fibre Air service. One of their representative called and took three months free promising installation same day. I kept on doing follow up for two days. Then they reassigned someone else. Then again I did follow up and no outcome. At the end on fourth day I had to use my existing internet renewed. Thank god I did not uninstall my existing ISP.

Very pathetic experience overall.
