
Hey guys. I’ve been working out for some time but not consistent at all. Honestly i’m not really knowledgeable about weightlifting and gym in general. All i could do was to make a full body workout program for myself with the help of chatgpt. It consists twelve exercises, no fixed sets or reps because i thrive in some and i suck in some. E.g. i can hardly do pull-ups but i do chin-ups pretty easily. But generally, i try to do three sets and until failure with each exercise. For the legs and cardio i do squats at home and i go hiking on some days. I guess that’s about it. Would love to receive some help and guidance. These are the exercises i’m doing at the gym:
Pull-ups
Chin-ups
Barbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Dumbbell Row
Dips
Pec Fly
Lateral Raise
Reverse Fly
Hammer Curl
Bicep Curl
Hanging Leg Raise
