A while ago my headphones stopped working and three lights started blinking white on the charging case. Looked it up and it said it needed a wired update through the Bose app. After plugging it into my laptop for an update, Version .unidentified.unidentified shows up and I can’t figure out how to actually update my headphones so I can’t use them again. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great
