Hello. Question about NBME 16-2-9.

>!As far as I know, Atopic dermatitis rash rarely involves diaper area, since urine acts like emollient. Urine or feces would cause contact dermatitis, but not AD. But in the q, it says rash involving cheeks and diaper area should be diagnosed as AD. !<
