i keep getting these tiny little pimples/whiteheads

my cam isnt very cleae but theres mostly clumps of small whitehead pimples tgr

my derm says its normal for a teen but i rlly wna get rid of it cos it looks so bad

i usually get this around my cheek area closer to my mouth and nose and sometimes at my chin/forehead btwn the brows

pls help cos i have to go for sch and idw to look like this..
