Anyone else's dog suddenly obsessed with them after losing weight?

My Golden Retriever used to ignore me. Now he follows me everywhere. I think he doesn't recognize my smell anymore? Or maybe I just have more energy to play with him. Either way, it's weird.

1 week in on reta how high should i be dosing?

okay so a little context, my friends have been on this stuff for a while now and kept talking abt it and honestly i just got fomo'd into trying it. not mad abt it though, just tryna figure out what i'm doing now that i'm actually in it.

been on it for about a week now at 0.5mg and feeling okay so far, nothing crazy. my question is how high should i realistically be pushing my dose at this point?? like should i already be thinking abt bumping up or just stay here for a bit longer

also i heard somewhere that bodybuilders actually use reta for cutting season and idk if that's actually true or just something people say?? if it is tho that's kinda wild and makes me feel like i accidentally stumbled onto a shortcut

and genuine question, would it just be better to get on real gear instead?? like is reta even worth it compared to that or are they doing completely different things. idk enough abt this stuff to know if i'm even approaching this the right way

My friend is hosting a dinner party for 8 people. She's an amazing cook and puts so much effort into her meals. I'm on 6.5mg of tirzepatide and I physically cannot eat a full plate of food.

And I don't want to offend her. I don't want her to think I didn't like the food. I don't want to have the "I'm on a weight loss medication" conversation with a group of acquaintances. So my plan is to take a small portion, eat what I can, push the rest around my plate, and say "I'm so full but it was delicious." If she pushes me to eat more, I'll say I had a late lunch.
