confused about the grade transmutation

I’m honestly confused about how grade transmutation works, especially after comparing my grades from different quarters during my past school years sa jhs. Ngayon ko lang kasi nalaman na may transmutation palang involved sa grading system, and the more I look back at my grades, the more parang hindi siya nagmamake sense sakin. Maybe I’m just stupid or dumb pagdating sa pag-intindi nito.

Last school year, I got a 99 in one subject during the 2nd quarter. Honestly, I was even surprised kasi hindi naman ako super confident sa scores ko that time. Pero nung 3rd quarter, my grade suddenly dropped to 92 even though I honestly felt more confident sa outputs and performances ko compared to the previous quarter.

So I asked my subject teacher bakit naging ganon yung grade ko. She told me na may missing activities daw ako, pero I knew nagpasa ako because our submissions were through Google Drive. I showed her proofs/screenshots that I submitted them naman.

After that, pinakita niya sakin paano cinompute yung grades ko. Basically, she just compiled all my scores sa written works and performance tasks, converted them into percentages, then averaged them for the final grade. What confused me is parang walang transmutation na nangyari.

Now I’m confused because during the 2nd quarter I somehow got a 99 even though I wasn’t even that confident with my scores back then, while noong 3rd quarter where I felt mas okay performance ko, naging 92. I didn’t ask my teacher about the transmutation part before because I genuinely didn’t know it existed.

Idk it seems so inconsistent or probably just that subj teacher lol

Hey everyone,

I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point.

Back in December 2025, I had a cash out transaction worth around $398 that just disappeared. I reported it on December 23, and since then I’ve sent multiple complaints.

Every single time, I get the same response: “we’ll forward this to a specialist.” But no specialist has ever contacted me, and nothing has been resolved.

It’s now been over 4 months with zero updates, zero progress, and zero accountability.

What makes it worse is that this isn’t even my first issue with them. Last year, I had a problem with my items on their old website, and it took 3–5 months to fix something that should have been simple. Now this issue involves real money, and somehow it’s being handled even worse.

I’ve already sent a final email demanding a response, but I honestly don’t have high expectations anymore.

At this point, I just want my money back.

Has anyone here experienced something similar with Starpets or another platform?

What steps can I take to actually get this resolved?

Should I file a dispute with my bank or take legal action?

Any advice would really help. I’m seriously frustrated and just want a real solution.
