Vietnamese Passport asking for Multiple entry

Hi all,

I’m currently in the process of applying for another tourist visa to China. Has anyone been granted a multiple entry tourist visa and can give me tips on how to maximise my chances?

Over the last year I was granted 3 chinese tourist visas but were all single entry. I requested the service via an agency this time I wanna do myself so I can get multiple.

Currently I hold an active 5 year visa to Korea and 1 year visa to Japan. Previously I’ve hold 5-6 Schengen visas, 3 UK visas and a USA visa.

I left my last job in August 25 to upskill and transition into another industry. Currently I am unemployed however I have sufficient funds and savings to cover for my trips which I will explain in a cover letter. Before this I used to live 8 years in the UK and 2 in France to study and work.

Thank you all for your help !

Young expat moving to HK seeking advice on renting

Hi all,

I will be moving to HK end of June. I am seeking advice on renting in HK as I have never actually been to HK hence very little knowledge about what to anticipate.

My new office will most likely be in Causeway Bay, my salary in about 30k+ commission however I think it’s only smart to take into account the basic for my rent. Therefore I’m estimating my budget to be 14k/month max.

Of course I would rather be “near everything” but the condition of the flat is also important as I heard in some areas, rats are extremely common..

I would appreciate any advice on what areas to consider, what type of apartment (high/low floor, old/new building pros n cons), what MRT lines to consider and if anything else I need to pay attention to.

Currently looking on 28Hse, any other apps/agents I could look at or any tips on not being scammed?

Thank you all so much !
