I 30(f) (270 lbs) currently am prescribed the following:
Gabapentin for anxiety morning and night
Hydroxyzine Anxiety morning and night
lamoTRIgine anxiety morning
trazodone depression night
venlaflaxine depression morning
Propanolol anxiety morning, noon, night
lansoprazole acid reflux morning
Inflammatone- anti inflammation morning
ARIPiprazole anti-psychotic morning
Lurasidone anti psychotic night
Starting Wegovy tomorrow for weight loss ( After trying semaglutide, GLP-1, and Phentermine with no luck )
And I typically take Ambien but am switching to Lunesta tonight.
Now after hurting my back last week, I just took my first cyclobenzabrine (6:15 pm) that I’m supposed to take 2-3 hrs after morning meds and 2-3 hrs before night meds.
I am concerned of two things. Work and sleep.
I’ve taken Ambien for years and seem to have worked up a tolerance. So I was supposed to start Lunesta tonight. However I read that the muscle relaxers can make you sleepy. So now I’m worried I won’t know if it’s that or the Lunesta helping me sleep.

I sell cars for work. I’m always driving or in and out of the cars and I have to be very social at work for clients.
I’ve read some Reddit posts about memory and focus issues, as well as having issues staying awake. I’m worried about not being able to operate the vehicles or communicate clearly.
Not really sure how to proceed now.
