Hi all, for those who have had flagstone professionally installed, or even DIY, what’s an acceptable delta in height between stones? Pic attached on a couple of ours. Part of me thinks this material will always be a bit uneven and part of me thinks this could be a bit better.

Wondering what the norm might be if any professionals are on here. Insights welcome.
