Does anyone know about jobs in learning and development? I want to apply but I heard it’s not a good job and the supervisors are hit or miss. Also heard too heavy but that seems to be same for all DFPS.

I find it very interesting that Texas State Agencies are putting their employees on the road for the sake of principal when gas prices are sky high, all of your interactions can be done from the comfort of your home and it’s the easiest way to give those that do not have public interaction a slight raise without giving them money. What I am seeing is that state agency leaders are utilizing 1985 standards. The roads are too crowded for emergency vehicles and if you don’t have to be on the road, you shouldn’t be. Where are our state representatives fighting for Texas and making our carbon footprint smaller.

Last, I am seeing that some managers are using it for punishment as well. Someone step up and tell Abbott this doesn’t make sense.
