Carnivore diet for a little over a year, mostly 80/20 ground beef, eggs, butter, sausage. I occasionally have a few veggies and rarely have any sweets. Maybe once every other month I’ll have a dessert with my kids. I work construction so I’m pretty active and I lift 2 times a week.

I knew my cholesterol would be high but not this high. Is carnivore/ low carb just not for me?
