Hi everyone, I just bought the premium upgrade the other day and have tried it on my Mac, iPhone, and Apple TV.

The Apple TV and iPhone have worked great but I still cannot seem to get the Mac to connect. I’m using the same Apple ID and logged in to my PlayStation account but whenever I click connect, it just gets hung up on “connecting” and never connects.

I’ve tried both with Wi-Fi and ethernet. I have refreshed my pair token to my PlayStation. I have deleted the PlayStation and reconnected it. I have deleted and redownload the app. I have all the suggested ports forwarded. I am just not sure what to try next.

I have a 2018 Mac Mini running Sequoia 15.7.5
