Custom 3" Jeno

I had a previous post with the prototype out of aluminum.

Anyway. I used the dxf files from we are fpv. I modified them to squishy mount the camera and vtx(inspired by the firefly20/25 pro).

Frame: Jeno 3 multiplate by We Are FPV. Modified construction.

1.5mm carbon fiber plates

FC/ESC: Flywoo Goku f722 pro v2 mini stack

Motors: Sub250 1804 3450kv

Props: Gemfan Flash 3052

Camera/VTX: Betafpv p1 air unit (caddx vista coax cable 80mm)(hglrc lhcp antenna, may change back to standard)

Goggles: Betafpv VR04 HD

Controller: Radiomaster T8L

Receiver: Radiomaster RP1

Battery: Ampace jp40 4s1p

P1 Air unit VR04 HD goggles no OSD

Custom built 3 inch with the p1 air unit. using an 80mm caddx vista coax cable since the standard one is 50mm

I cant seem to get the betaflight osd to show up on my goggles.

everything else works fine.

Ive updated the firmware, did both modes tab and CLI codes in betaflight and still no osd.

I've wired the vtx to the dji plug on my f722 FC, video works, no osd.

wired the power to a 5V pad(I've seen this be an isssue) video works, no osd.

it flys great, but it would be nice to see my battery usage info, throttle position etc.

I will reach out to betafpv but wondering if anyone has had this issue?

I love the jeno open source frame so I wanted to modify it to be able to use aluminum, which there is plenty of scrap at work and a water jet.

I had this setup on a cheap 4 inch carbon frame.

Also after flying with a fixed camera mount (using betafpv p1) the vibration is really terrible. So going to be using the firefly20 inspired mounting idea I'm currently building.

This is the current setup. 150g weight as is.

Custom aluminum Jeno 3: 1/8" arms, 18 ga plates

Goku f722 mini stack

Sub250 1804-3450kv

Betafpv p1 air unit

Elrs receiver etc

Will try and update when I button it up further.

I will share files if anyone is interested.
