How should I deal with burnout after a big loss?

Back in November I felt so excited to wrestle, and the season couldn’t start soon enough. I ended up having a really good season, with a 40-14 record and qualifying for state. I won my first round at state and then lost second round. I ended up wrestling back to make the blood round. I was up 10-2 going into the third period and the guy pinned me. For the last two months, I’ve been able to use that loss as fuel and I’ve been on the grind, wrestling four times a week and lifting three times a week. The issue is, now I’m feeling completely burnt out and can’t find any motivation to keep working, and I have off season workouts starting up soon. Any tips on how to fix my burn out so I can be dialed in for the off season?
