Astro A50X Watching TV Shows & Movies Direct from TV?

I was wondering if you could help me. I have purchased the Astro A50X and I want to watch TV and Movies through my TV.
I have connected my A50X to my TV via the HDMI 3 EArc socket and I have connected my 4k Blu-Ray Player to the Xbox HDMI socket and the Apple TV box to the PS5 HDMI socket on the base station.
The 4k player works fine but I am getting a slight lip sync delay on the Apple TV box when watching shows and movies. Any recommendations how I can fix this?
I had the A50 Gen 4 previously and I had no issues while using the optical out which is no longer available. My Gen 4 fell apart after a few years of service so I needed to upgrade.
Also could you offer advice how I turn off the Bluetooth? I have synced it to the TV but it overrides the HDMI audio when I switch on the headset.
