How do i loose weight

Im 16 years old and i currently weigh about 87 kilograms at 5’7. I was planning on going on a cut, but i have no idea how to as i don’t know what to eat and what not to eat. I do work out 5 days a week
Monday-chest and shoulders
Tuesday-arms
Wednesday-back
Thursday-legs
Friday- cardio
I want to lose as much weight as i can before summer ends. However in the summer i will be in my country and i wont be able to workout in a gym so i will only be able to work out at home using my bodyweight. Any tips?
