Like who do they think leads the Foundation
Im pretty sure in the "no return" canon they know that the O5 council exists but what about the other canons

Then there is also the Administrator who is in the no return canon but idk what happened to him, I haven’t completed SCP-6500 so maybe they say it there, that he went back to retirement

Also other group of interests like Gamers Against Weed or the Serpent’s hand who don’t really talk with Foundation higher ups do they know the O5 exist?

(I am aware that only like level 3 people are allowed to know the O5 exist but there has to be some rumours outside the Foundation or among lower staff)
