Hey everyone, I’m currently a 6-month associate at Amazon delivery station warehouse. My long-term goal is to move into leadership and eventually become an Area Manager.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, and I’ve been thinking about trying for a Process Assistant intern role first instead of becoming a full PA and waiting years before applying for AM positions.

Has anyone here gone from associate → PA intern → Area Manager? Is that path realistic internally, or is becoming a regular PA first usually required?

I’d really appreciate advice from people who have moved up internally or seen others do it.
