I’m usually a beer and wine drinker, but I’m starting to enjoy cocktail culture now that Im getting up in years. I’ve been to some good bars in town as well as some dives. I’m looking for some recommendations that offer peak versions of classic cocktails like Negroni, dirty martini and manhattan, in addition to good quality experimental drinks that might melt your face. Bonus points if the place is on the quiet side, has outdoor seating and has a clear vibe. Cost is not a factor.

I’ve been to teardrop and pink rabbit and was underwhelmed. Any other peak Portland cocktail recommendations?
