• I assume there isn't x planet the relic is housed on? The last planet I conquered was a month ago, so it shouldn't be firing anyway.
• My goals was to have a status qou, since I can't claim systems as a democratic empire.
• The relic was originally mine.
• I'm a fanatical eglitarian empire (broken shackles origin), and militarist.
• There was another empire involved as my enemy (guaranteeing their sovereignty.
• They were at 60% war exhaustion, I was at 13 or something.
• They were not subjegated by another empire during the war (or after).
• No federations on either side.
• They fan. Spiritualist.
