Plant keepers!! My mom & I NEED your help in saving our plants!!!

Greetings everyone! So two years ago, my mom and I decided to buy more than 20+ fruit plants to keep on our balcony. Because we wanted a garden and we wanted to start over. My mom is a HUGE HUGE fan of gardening. The roses she cares for (for more than TEN years) are still the biggest, brightest and the most beautiful roses I've ever seen! And the marigolds, the chamomiles, and the chrysanthemums! They are all her beautiful plant kids and she has been wanting to care for fruit plants so.... I decided to buy them for her.

We got them all one by one.

Apple, mango, lemons (4+ varieties), pear, grape, watermelon, pomegranate, mulberry, litchi, and so many more.

And both me and my mom cared for them till... Last year.

I had to shift to another city for my higher studies and my mom, being left all alone and who kept getting sick and with the frequent hospital visits.... The plants have been neglected.

The weeds have been overgrown, the white thingies are everywhere in our garden and we want to save them but we don't know where to start.

Please help us save our beautiful garden.

I came back home for two months of work from home internship that I received so at this time, I wish to give our plants a fresh makeover.

Please help us achieve that. ;-; it's genuinely heartbreaking to see our plants that we cared for get this neglected and it's painful to see them this way.

My mom's still sick so it's going to be me and my dad who will work on this. Mostly me. So I will need some tips here. ANY tips. ANYTHING to fix our plants and see them glowin'.

We will work on removing those damn weeds out. But the ones that have those white eggs on these plants... What do I do about that??? Despite all that the lemon plants are FILLED with lemons. And the pomegranates too :( they could be in a better position than this. So please don't just ignore this cry for help post and please give me any tips that can come in handy. Both me and my mum are beginner gardeners. And we will do what we can from our side but pls help ;-;

Thank you T.T
