The HoR seems to be delaying transmittal of the articles of impeachment?
The House of the Representative seems to be delaying the transmittal of the articles of impeachment. If this is true, this is very big as they can delay the convining of the impeachment court while they still don't have the majority back in the senate. I'm not sure though if they can delay it enough until Bato would be caught. What are your are your thoughts about this?
