How did you fix your hump?

My shoulders are always rounded, a few people have mentioned it. I saw a NHS Physio who said it’s not harmful but he doesn’t know if it can be helped — their focus was more on pain than look.

But friends say I could improve it with a private physio. I’m just curious what they might do before I make the financial decision or whether there’s better routes? Very new to this.

Info about me:

Male in late 20s.

Was always very tall so hunched a lot as a kid. Been hunching for almost 17 years

Currently trying to correct with twice weekly gym visits, one of which involves face pull exercises. Usually do some kind of row movement too. Have a Personal Trainer for one gym visit (an hour) and the second solo one, with lots of rests and full body focus, is more like 3 hours.

Probably still too sedentary and lie down too much outside of gym visits…

Unsure whether or not this is something I can fix or if it’s too late. Affects my confidence a bit
