N26 credited my account from a transaction I never asked a refund for then to take it back and put me in negative.
When I got the refund I contacted the application ice made the original transaction before doing anything they couldn't find my transaction so I thought the refund was legit event though I never asked for it...
Now I went to the same app support to rant about the fact they launched an unsolicited refund in my account to then told me it's was kinda legit, but I was talking with a bot a the time and today with a humain the humain confirmed me that they never launched refund and it's N26 fault
Now iam in negative...
Never happened in any other banks I am in only at n26
Seems obvious but if you get a refund they you didn't asked for font use that money
