I've been having this issue of consistently spaced (about 0.5-1cm) larger or more pronounced layer lines across my prints, and I don't really know what to do to fix it. It's there irrelevant of printer settings, I've regreased the z screw, re lubed the x and y rails, tightened (or tried to, not sure if it changed anything) the belts, and tightened the screws behind the hotend.

I just have no idea what else to try next or if this is just something I live with on all my prints going forwards.
