Got this sealed Area 51 TR figure for $40, I’m over the moon!! Says it’s from 1999

I have tried everything to revive my snake plant- repotted, changed the soil, added a drip bottom thingy with (albeit not quite) pebbles. I water it like every 10 days and keep it in my bathroom with the blinds always open to let light in. Any advice? This is my only plant and I don’t want to kill it!!
