Looking for tips or insight

Hi all! I have had brain fog and severe fatigue since my teen years, but only recently was diagnosed with mild/moderate obstructive sleep apnea. I got my machine a month ago and have been using it every night without fail. Tonight will be 30 days with my machine, but I feel just as exhausted as before, if not worse (not ideal when you have a 16 month old who is very energetic!).

I started out with the nasal pillows, but found that my mouth was slightly open a lot of the night and causing leaks, so I switched to a full face mask on the recommendation of the DME associate. I have been using the full face mask now for about two weeks. I find that it whistles? in the middle of the night for no reason (that I can tell). I will fiddle around with it until it stops, usually involving taking the mask off, readjusting the straps, etc. I also bought a neck pillow, wondering if the whistling was from tucking my chin. I tried the pillow last night, but must have taken it off sometime in the night. Will try again tonight.

I also turned my humidity way down, in the hopes that that was causing the whistling.

I'm still getting used to all the terms and abbreviations. I have been taking data from my machine for a couple nights now and uploading to OSCAR and SleepHQ, but struggling to understand the data. Any insight, tips, or advice would be MUCH appreciated! Including a screenshot from last night's OSCAR report.

Machine: Resmed AirSense 11

Mask: Evora Full

Also, thank you to all the moderators for your help and knowledge. Lack of sleep is such a terrible thing to have to deal with, and your helping people get the sleep they need is God's work! I appreciate you so much!
